Meet Poppop, Everybody's Grandfather

For 79 years, Roy Hinkelman called Connecticut home. In 2024, he left behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless shared moments—often over a cup of coffee. Whether it was the joy of his grandchildren's visits, the camaraderie of game night with his grammar school buddies, or the quiet intimacy of a morning conversation with his wife of almost six decades, Roy found a reason to pour a cup and connect with those he cherished.

A Brotherly Bond

Brandon and Ryan LoRusso, two brothers from Connecticut wanted to find a way to carry on the legacy of their grandfather after he passed away in June 2024. Roy Hinkelman was everyone's grandfather, who thought there was nothing better than a good cup of coffee.
